This stand-up zipper pouch is built with a three-side-seal construction and a stable bottom gusset, so it stands upright on the shelf. The resealable zipper at the top lets consumers open and close the bag repeatedly, and we can add a tear notch or euro hole for hanging display. Compared with one-off heat-sealed flat bags, it keeps snacks from going soft after the first opening, which makes it a practical choice for small and medium retail packs as well as home storage.
The bag body is usually made from PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE laminated film, with the inner layer a food-contact heat-seal layer; barrier level and thickness are chosen according to the filling. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear image layers, stable colour and options such as matt, gloss or spot finishes. Fill weights can run from 100 g up to 2 kg, and bag width, height, bottom gusset and zipper position are all adjustable to your artwork. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
These pouches are widely used for roasted nuts, dried fruit, candied snacks, pet treats, tea, dried goods and small household items. The custom process is straightforward: send us a sample bag or your artwork, confirm the material structure, size and print file, then we make a proof for your approval before bulk production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop covering film blowing, printing and bag making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
