製品概要

これは、持ち運びに便利でコンパクトな液体包装に適したアルミ箔製スパウト付きポーチです。袋は三面シールまたは四面シール構造で、底部にガセットを追加すると自立袋形状にすることもできます。充填方法に応じて上部にスパウトまたはバルブが装着され、キャップには改ざん防止リング、フリップトップ、プルリングなどのタイプがあります。スパウトはポーチに強固に熱シールされ、確実なシール性を確保するため、ミネラルウォーター、水素水、アルカリ水などの低粘度液体に適しています。片手で保持しながら飲むことができ、バッグや車のカップホルダーにも簡単に収まります。

ポーチ本体は主材としてアルミ箔ラミネートを使用し、通常はPET／アルミ箔／PEまたはPET／メタライズドフィルム／PE構造です。中央のバリア層は光、酸素、香りの透過を抑え、食品グレードのシール層によりシール強度を安定に保ちます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で行い、版下、色、文字を文件和に合わせて再現できます。マット、グロス、スポットニスなどの表面処理も選択可能です。容量は約100mL～5Lに対応しており、スパウトサイズ、ポーチ寸法、ロール幅はすべて調整可能です。同一構造のロールフィルムも供給できます。

主な用途は、飲料水、機能性飲料、ジュース、お茶、液体調味料、パーソナルケア製品などの、ECサイト向けポータブルパッケージ、ギフトパック、小容量の小売商品ラインです。まずは、サンプルまたは印刷原稿をお送りください。構造、材質、印刷を確認したうえで、量産前に承認用のサンプルを製造します。当社は広東省東莞に工場を構えており、クラス10000のクリーン工場を備えています。印刷、ラミネート加工、スリット加工、製袋はすべて同じ工場内で行っています。最小ロットは10,000個です。生産はお客様の納期予定に合わせて調整します。
