This is an aluminium foil spouted pouch designed for portable, small-format liquid packaging. The bag is built with a three-side or four-side seal, and a gusseted bottom can be added for a stand-up effect. A spout or valve is fitted at the top according to the filling method, with cap options such as tamper-evident rings, flip tops and pull rings. The spout is heat-sealed firmly to the pouch for reliable sealing, making it suitable for low-viscosity liquids like mineral water, hydrogen water and alkaline water. It can be held and drunk one-handed and fits easily into a bag or car cup holder.
The pouch body uses aluminium foil laminate as the main material, typically PET/foil/PE or PET/metallised film/PE. The middle barrier layer helps reduce light, oxygen and aroma transmission, while the food-grade sealing layer keeps seal strength consistent. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, so artwork, colours and text can be matched to your files, with surface options such as matte, gloss and spot varnish. Volumes from roughly 100ml to 5L are available; spout size, pouch dimensions and roll width can all be adjusted, and matching roll film in the same structure can be supplied.
Typical applications include drinking water, functional drinks, juice, tea, liquid condiments and personal care products, in e-commerce portable packs, gift packs and small-format retail lines. To start, send us your sample or artwork; we confirm structure, material and printing, then produce a sample for approval before bulk runs. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, and printing, lamination, slitting and bag making are handled in one plant. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and production is scheduled to match your delivery plan.
