Its key feature is a pure aluminium laminate structure containing an AL foil layer, commonly available in PET/AL/PE and PET/AL/NY/PE. Compared with metallized structures, this variant clearly presents the pure aluminium structure option for pet food packaging requirements that need to distinguish pure aluminium from metallized solutions.
In terms of specifications, the pouch uses a 15–25 silk multilayer laminate thickness and is positioned for 500g pet food packaging. Common pure aluminium structures can be selected from PET/AL/PE or PET/AL/NY/PE; printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing and supports customer-specific artwork and text layout.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The production base is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom. The material is food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
