製品概要

このスパウト付き自立袋は、ヘアケア液体の充填を想定して設計されています。三次元の底ガセットにより、充填後も棚や作業台上で袋が自立します。四辺に施す広幅の熱シールにより、平坦で丈夫なシール部が形成されます。袋の輪郭は、丸型、斜角型、その他のカスタム形状に成形できるため、取り扱いやすく、棚上での識別性が高まります。顶部には溶接されたスパウトが equipped おり、ねじキャップ式またはフリップトップ式.available. 異なる直径やねじ仕様があり、充填設備に合わせて選択できます。

袋本体は通常、アルミニウム箔またはメタライズ膜のラミネート構造で、印刷された外層フィルム、アルミニウム箔またはメタライズされたバリア層、内側の熱シールフィルムを組み合わせています。この構造は、過酸化物や毛染めクリームなど、軽度に腐食性のある内容物具有良好的耐性を示します。内層は充填内容に適したものを選択できます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で行い、提供されたファイルに基づいて、原稿、色面、文字を再現します。マット仕上げやグロス仕上げも選択できます。標準容量は100mL～5Lで、袋の幅、高さ、スパウト位置、袋外形は図面に合わせられます。

主な用途として、パーマ用ローション、毛染めクリーム、過酸化物、ヘアオイルなど、ヘアケア液体が，此外、パーソナルケア製品や家庭用品の小容量充填にも使用されます。カスタマイズ工程は通常、サンプルまたはデザイン原稿の検討、袋仕様と素材の確定、校正、生産、最終検査から出荷までです。当工場は広東省東莞市にあり、10,000級のクリーン工場で生産しています。最小ロットは10,000個で、同じ素材のロールフィルムも供給できます。出荷は確定したスケジュールに従います。
