This stand-up spout pouch is designed for filling hair-care liquids. Its three-dimensional bottom gusset keeps the bag upright on shelves and workbenches after filling. Four-side wide heat sealing gives a flat, firm seam, and the outline can be shaped into rounded, angled or other custom profiles for easier handling and shelf recognition. A welded spout sits at the top, available in screw-cap or flip-top styles, with different diameters and thread specifications to match filling equipment.
The bag body is usually built as an aluminum foil or metallized laminated structure, combining a printed outer film, an aluminum foil or metallized barrier layer and an inner heat-seal film. This construction offers good resistance to mildly corrosive contents such as peroxide and dye cream, and the inner layer can be selected to suit the filling. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, reproducing artwork, colour blocks and text from supplied files, with matte or gloss surface finishes available. Standard volumes range from 100ml to 5L, and bag width, height, spout position and shaped outlines can follow your drawing.
Typical applications include perm lotion, hair dye cream, peroxide, hair oil and similar hair-care liquids, as well as small-volume filling for personal care and household products. The customization process usually runs from sample or artwork discussion, bag style and material confirmation, proofing, production and final inspection to shipment. Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with production carried out in a Class 10000 clean workshop. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, matching roll film in the same material can be supplied, and shipments follow the confirmed schedule.
