製品概要

このフォイルおよびメタライズ加工された自立袋は、確実なバリア性能が必要な製品向けに設計されています。ボトムガセットにより、棚での展示やパレットへの積載時に自立性を保ち、シールは充填ラインに応じて三面シールまたは四面シールを選択できます。選択肢には引き裂きノッチ、ジッパー、熱シールのみがあり、空気を放出する粉体向けの脱気バルブも備えられます。また、内容物の注出や再密封が必要なパッケージには、スパウトやキャップを装着できます。

通常、構造はアルミ箔またはメタライズドフィルムとPET、NY、PE各層をラミネートしたもので、フィルム厚とラミネート構成を調整することで、酸素、湿気、光に対するバリア性能を変更できます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で、貴社のサンプルまたはアーティワークファイルに基づいて、レイアウトと色を合わせます。一般的な充填量は100g～5kgで、ポーチ寸法、シール幅、ロール幅を貴社の充填設備に合わせて調整します。同じ構造のロールフィルムもご用意可能です。

主な用途としては、トナー、インク粉、化学粉末、食品添加物、飼料用プレミックスが挙げられ、特に湿気や光が問題となる場合に適しています。カスタム製作プロセスは簡単です。サンプルポーチまたはデザイン原稿をお送りいただければ、構造と素材を確認し、サンプル承認後に量産へ移ります。工場は広東省東莞にあり、フィルム、ラミネート加工、印刷および制袋を対応するクラス10000のクリーン工場を備えています。MOQは10,000個で、生産はお客様の生産予定に合わせてスケジュールします。
