This foil and metallized stand-up pouch is built for products that need reliable barrier protection. The bottom gusset keeps the pouch standing upright for shelf display and pallet stacking, and the seals can be three-side or four-side depending on your filling line. Options include tear notches, zippers and plain heat seals, plus degassing valves for powders that release air, or spouts and caps when the pack needs to be poured or resealed.
The structure is normally a lamination of aluminum foil or metallized film with PET, NY and PE layers, giving oxygen, moisture and light barrier that can be tuned by changing film thickness and the lamination build. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure, and we work from your samples or artwork files to match layout and colour. Common fills run from 100g to 5kg, with pouch dimensions, seal width and roll width matched to your filling equipment. Matching roll film in the same structure is also available.
Typical uses include toner and ink powder, chemical powders, food additives and feed premixes, especially where moisture and light are a concern. The custom process is straightforward: send us a sample pouch or artwork, we confirm structure and material, and after sample approval we move to bulk production. Our plant is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop covering film, lamination, printing and bag making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and production is scheduled around your line-up dates.
