製品概要

このアルミ箔製フォイルポーチは、富水素水など、ガス損失に敏感な液体向けに設計されています。袋は自立タイプまたはハンドル付きタイプがあり、上部に持ち手穴とスパウトを備えているため、4.5L入でも持ち運 Supremo搬运が容易です。袋のスタイルに応じてシールは四辺シールまたは三辺シールとなり、スパウト基部は熱シールで気密性の高い接合部 处理されます。充填ラインや用途に合わせて、バルブやスパウトキャップを追加できます。

構造は食品グレードのフィルムをラミネート加工したアルミ箔をベースとしています。より高い高バリア性能が必要な場合は、メタライズドまたはEVOHのバリア層を追加できます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷に対応しており、レイアウトおよび色合わせのため、サンプルまたは版下データを受け付けます。標準容量は100ml～5Lに対応し、袋の幅、長さ、スパウト径、ハンドルスタイルは図面に合わせることが可能です。同一材質の対応するロールフィルムもご用意できます。
