This aluminum foil spout pouch is designed for hydrogen-rich water and other liquids that are sensitive to gas loss. The bag comes in a standing or handled format, with a carry hole and a spout on top so a 4.5L fill is easy to carry and pour. Sealing can be four-side or three-side depending on the bag style, and the spout base is heat-sealed for a tight joint. Valves or spout caps can be added to suit filling lines and end use.
The structure is based on aluminum foil laminated with food-grade films; metallized or EVOH barrier layers can be added when a higher barrier is needed against hydrogen, oxygen and moisture. Printing runs in 1-8 colour gravure printing, and we accept your samples or artwork for layout and colour matching. Standard volumes cover 100ml–5L, and bag width, length, spout diameter and handle style can follow your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
Typical uses include hydrogen-rich water, hydrogen water, functional drinks, concentrates and plant extracts, as well as household care and disinfectant liquids. The custom process starts with a requirement review, then sample or artwork confirmation, proofing and sign-off, bulk production and shipment, all followed by our Dongguan factory. We operate a Class 10,000 cleanroom, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and matching roll film supply, and we organize production and delivery against the confirmed process and schedule.
