製品概要

このアルミホイル製フォイルポーチは、高バリア液体包装として展開されています。袋は自立型バッグ-in・ボックス構造を採用しており、清潔で強度の高い四辺シールと、輸送中の貫通に耐える丸い四隅を備えています。ARTAにはタッチバルブまたはスパウトを取り付けられるため、軽く押すと液体が流れ、圧を解除すると再び密閉されるため、空気の流入が抑えられます。スクリューキャップと標準スパウトも_SELECT可能_であり、このポーチは水素が豊富な水やその他の酸素に敏感な液体の内部ライナーまたは単独パックとして適しています。

主な材料はアルミ箔ラミネートで、PET、NY、PE各層との組み合わせにより、光遮断性と酸素・湿気バリアを備えた構造を実現できます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で行い、全面の着色背景や微細な文字でも、鮮明で細緻な画像表現と安定した色再現が得られます。容量は100ml～20Lで、フラットポーチ、自立袋、スパウト付きポーチ、バッグ-in・ボックスに対応し、スパウト径と袋の寸法は充填設備に合わせて調整できます。
