High-Barrier Aluminum Foil Pouch, Touch-Valve BIB Bag for Hydrogen-Rich Water Packaging

This aluminum foil pouch is positioned as high-barrier liquid packaging. The bag uses a stand-up BIB construction with clean, strong four-side seals and rounded corners that resist puncturing in transit. The outlet can be fitted with a touch valve or a spout, so liquid flows on a light press and seals again once released, limiting air return. Screw-cap and standard spouts are also available, making the pouch suitable as an inner liner or a stand-alone pack for hydrogen-rich water and other oxygen-sensitive liquids.

The main material is an aluminum foil laminate, which can be combined with PET, NY and PE layers to build a light-blocking, oxygen- and moisture-barrier structure. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear image detail and stable colour, even on full-coverage backgrounds and fine text. Capacity ranges from 100ml to 20L, covering flat pouches, stand-up pouches, spouted pouches and bag-in-box formats, with spout diameter and bag dimensions adjusted to your filling equipment.

Typical applications include hydrogen-rich water, fruit puree, concentrates, sauces and household liquid products that need protection from light and oxygen.
