このアルミ箔／メタライズ加工ポーチは、小容量の化粧品液体を1回分ずつ小分け包装する用途向けに設計されています。主な款式は三面シール、四面シール、自立袋、異形ポーチで、ボトル形状や店頭什器に合わせた抜き型が採用できます。仕様はスパウト、斜めスパウト、スクリュー式キャップバルブから選択できます。スパウトはポーチ本体に熱シールされ、なめらかな注出と押し出しやすさを実現し、残留を最小限に抑えます。継ぎ目は熱シールで平坦に形成され、必要に応じて引裂きノッチ、吊り穴、レーザーテアラインを追加できます。

構造はアルミ箔とメタライズドラミネートを基盤とし、バリアと充填要件に応じてPET、AL、VMPET、PEまたはNYの層を組み合わせるため、ポーチは光を遮断し、酸化を抑えます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、スポットカラー、全面地色、細かな線画に対応し、鮮明な網点と安定した套合を実現します。標準容量は5g～100gで、3gの試験用サチと200gのリフィル用サイズも検討可能です。同じ材質の対応ロールフィルムもご用意しています。
