This aluminum foil / metallized pouch is designed for small-volume cosmetic liquids packed as individual portions. Common styles include three-side seal, four-side seal, stand-up and irregular-shaped pouches, with die-cut outlines matched to the bottle silhouette or retail display. Options cover spouts, angled spouts and screw-cap valves; the spout is heat-sealed to the pouch body for smooth dispensing and easy squeeze-out with minimal residue. Seams are heat-sealed and flat, and tear notches, hang holes and laser tear lines can be added as needed.
Structures are built on aluminum foil and metallized laminates, combining PET, AL, VMPET, PE or NY layers according to the barrier and filling requirements, so the pouch blocks light and limits oxidation. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, supporting spot colours, full-surface backgrounds and fine line artwork with clean dots and stable registration. Standard volumes run from 5g to 100g, while 3g trial sachets and 200g refill sizes can be evaluated; matching roll film in the same material is available.
Typical applications include samples, travel sizes and single-dose packs for colour cosmetics, skincare, household and personal care liquids such as eyeliner, highlighter, lip gloss, brow tint, mascara, serum and hair oil. The custom process runs from sample or artwork review to proofing, signed approval and mass production, and we support customization based on your samples or drawings. Based in Dongguan, Guangdong, our factory runs a Class 10000 clean workshop, works from an MOQ of 10,000 pcs, and handles printing through pouch making in house with on-time delivery as confirmed.
