製品概要

この液体包装袋は、タイル接着剤や防水コーティングなどの高粘度製品の充填を用途として設計されています。ポーチは自立袋またはピロー型に製造でき、充填方法に応じて三方シールまたは四方シールを選択できます。ハンドルは袋本体と一体で形成され、荷重承受部位には幅広の熱シールを施すことで、取扱中の破れを抑えています。上部にはスパウトまたはバルブを取り付け、注ぎ量を制御できます。また、シールした口部により、袋を積み重ねた際に内容物が保持されます。

袋は通常、PET、ナイロン、フォイルおよびPEをラミネート加工して製造され、製品の酸度、粘度および保存期間への要求に合わせてフィルム構造を設計することで、剛性、耐穿刺性およびバリア性能のバランスを図ります。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、アートワーク、色コードおよびロゴの位置は、お客様から提供されたデータに基づきます。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、袋の寸法、ハンドル位置およびスパウト径は、お客様のサンプルまたは図面に基づいて開発できます。4kgの充填には、より厚いフィルムと強化シールを使用できます。

これらの袋は、コーティング、接着剤、建材および家庭用液体製品の製造ラインで、充填包装および小売包装の両方に使用されます。手順は/AWS_cfg.ttfです。容量と製品情報を記載したサンプルまたは図面を送付し、袋の構造を確認して校正刷りを承認すると、生産を開始します。当社は広東省東莞市に位置し、クラス10000のクリーン工場を備えており、フィルム吹成、ラミネート、印刷および袋製作を同一屋根下で行っています。最小ロットは10,000個で、同一材質のロールフィルムも供給可能であり、出荷は合意したスケジュールに従います。
