製品概要

小容量液体包装ポーチは、旅行用サイズやサンプル製品向けに設計されています。最も一般的な Formats は三面シール平型ポーチと自立袋で、平坦でしっかりシールされた边缘は、日常的な搾りと輸送に耐えます。ローション、シャンプーなどの粘度の高い液体を直接搾り出せるよう、スパウトやねじ式キャップを追加でき、切り取りノッチ付きサシェットの仕様も可能です。ポーチの形状、開口位置、丸い角、切り取りノッチは、充填ラインや最終使用者の開封方法に合わせて調整できます。

構造は通常、PET/PE、PET/AL/PE、NY/PEのラミネートが用いられ、内容物に応じてバリア層を選択することで、剛性、耐穿刺性、漏れ防止性能のバランスを取ります。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷により、鮮明な発色、安定した套版精度、全面着色の背景や細かな文字のリアルな再現性を実現します。同じ材料のロールフィルムも供給できます。標準容量は30ml～50mlで、100mlまで対応可能であり、ポーチの幅、長さ、スパウト径は受注製作できます。
