製品概要

このスパウト付き自立袋は、ガセット底を備えた自立設計のため、売り場にしっかり自立し、チリペーストや火鍋の素のような高粘度ソースに適しています。本体は3面または4面シールで構成され、シール部は丈夫できれいに仕上げられます。コーナーは丸型や面取りなど、必要な形状に対応可能です。スパウトの標準サイズは40mmで、シリコーンシールを備えた小型の直管型、斜管型、バルブ型スパウトも選べます。スクリューキャップまたはフリップトップと組み合わせることで、注ぎ口での残留を抑えたなめらかな注ぎが可能です。スパウトのシール部は強化されており、繰り返しの開閉に耐えます。

材料は充填内容物に応じて選択されます。一般的なラミネートにはPET/AL/PE、PET/NY/PE、全PEフィルムがあり、バリア性能、耐油性、耐落下強度のバランスを考慮した構成です。スパウトは通常PEまたはPP製で、同じフィルム系列に熱シールされます。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、細部や階調を再現できます。光沢、マット、スポットバーニッシュなどの加工も選択可能です。容量は100ml～5Lで、袋の幅、長さ、スパウト径は充填方法に応じて設定します。同じ構造のロールフィルムも併せて供給できます。

主な用途は調味料、火鍋の素、ソース、スープ、ジャム、飲料などで、小売用パックからフードサービス向け供給まで幅広い用途に対応します。カスタム生産のプロセスはINESSです。サンプルまたは図面をお送りいただければ、ポーチタイプ、材質、版下データを確認し、校正を経て生産へ進みます。当工場は中国広東省東莞に位置し、クラス10000のクリーン工場を備えています。フィルム、製袋、印刷をすべて同一敷地内で行っています。最小ロットは10,000個です。カスタム生産用としてサンプルと版下データも受け付けています。
