Product Overview
This spout pouch is built on a stand-up design with a gusseted base, so it stands firmly on the shelf and works well for thick sauces such as chili paste and hot pot bases. The body is sealed on three or four sides with clean, strong seams, and corners can be rounded or angled as needed. The usual spout size is 40mm; smaller straight, angled or valve spouts with silicone seals are also available, matched with screw caps or flip tops for smooth, low-residue pouring. The spout seal area is reinforced for repeated opening and closing.
Materials are chosen according to the filler: common laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and all-PE film, balancing barrier performance, oil resistance and drop strength. Spouts are normally PE or PP, heat sealed to the same film family. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, which reproduces fine detail and graduated tones, with gloss, matte or spot varnish finishes available. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L; bag width, length and spout diameter are set by filling method. Matching roll film in the same structure can be supplied together.
