製品概要

この広口スパウト付き自立袋は、ソースや半液体食品向けです。袋本体は主に自立袋構造で、端部のシールは整潔かつ紧密、スパウト基部周囲の袋肩部は熱シールによってしっかり密閉されています。製品の粘度に応じて、大口径のストレートスパウトや斜めスパウトを選び、フリップトップキャップやシリコンバルブを装着できます。これにより、收视がスムーズになり、スパウトを清潔に保ち、消費者漏れなくパッケージを再密封できます。袋は美観を保ったまま棚に立ちます。

ポーチは通常、食品グレードのラミネートフィルム（PET/AL/PE、PET/NY/PE、PET/VMPET/PE）などで作られ、バリア層とシール層は充填内容に合わせて調整されます。表面には1～8色のグラビア印刷を施し、細部まで鮮明で色調も均一です。マット、グロス、部分仕上げから選択できます。標準容量は100ml～5Lで、袋サイズ、スパウト径、チューブ位置は、いずれも図面に合わせて調整できます。同じ材質の対応するロールフィルムもご用意できます。
