The pouch body is mainly stand-up construction with clean, tight edge seals and a firmly heat-sealed shoulder around the spout base. Depending on product viscosity, you can choose a large-bore straight spout or an angled spout, and add a flip-top cap or silicone valve. That makes dispensing smooth, keeps the spout clean, and lets consumers reseal the pack without leaks, while the pouch still stands neatly on shelf.
Pouches are usually made from food-grade laminated films such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, with the barrier and sealing layers adjusted to suit your filling. Surfaces are printed by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear detail and consistent colour, with matt, gloss or partial finishes available. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L, and bag size, spout diameter and tube position can all be adjusted to your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material is available.
