製品概要

このスパウト付き自立袋は、ハーフガロンや1ガロンといった大容量液体の包装向けに設計されています。袋本体は自立袋構造とし、折り返した底部のガセットを備えているため、充填済みの袋は棚の上やカートン内に自立します。また、四辺シールが各部を平たく丈夫に保ち、袋のスタイルに応じて角を丸くしたり面取りしたりできます。このポーチには広口スパウトとねじ式キャップが備わっており、標準キャップまたは改ざん防止リングプル式バージョンを選択できます。これにより、充填、注出、再封が容易になります。

袋本体は、通常PET/AL/PE、PET/NY/PE、PET/VMPET/PEの食品グレードのラミネートフィルムで製造され、バリア層とシール層は内容物および滅菌工程の有無に応じて選定します。表面には、鮮明なディテールと安定した色調を得るため1～8色のグラビア印刷を施せます。また、マット、グロス、部分窓の仕上げも選択可能です。容量は100ml～5Lで、スパウト径、袋寸法およびフィルム厚は、充填ラインや陳列棚の条件に合わせて設定できます。同じ材質のロールフィルムも供給可能です。

主な用途にはジュース、コーヒー濃縮液、ミルクティー、シロップ、ソース、液体洗剤があり、レストランチェーン、中央厨房、飲料ブランド、Eコマースチャネル向けに供給しています。カスタマイズは、使用目的と容量の確認から始まり、サンプルまたは印刷原稿をお送りします。その後、量産前に印刷校正刷りを作成して承認を得ます。

広東省東莞において、印刷と袋製造を同一敷地内で実施しており、クラス10000のクリーン工場を備えています。

最小ロットは10,000個です。サンプルをベースとしたご注文と、印刷原稿をベースとしたご注文のいずれも歓迎します。
