Half Gallon Large Capacity Spout Pouch for Juice and Coffee Liquid Packaging

This spout pouch is built for large-volume liquid packaging such as half-gallon and one-gallon formats. The body uses a stand-up construction with a folded bottom gusset, so the filled bag stands upright on the shelf or in the carton, while four-side seals keep the edges flat and firm; corners can be rounded or angled to suit the bag style. The pouch is fitted with a wide-mouth spout and screw cap, available with a standard cap or a tamper-evident ring-pull version, making filling, pouring and resealing straightforward.

Bodies are made from food-grade laminated film, typically PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, with the barrier and sealing layers selected according to the contents and any sterilisation step. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing for sharp detail and consistent colour, with matt, gloss or partial window finishes available. Capacities run from 100ml to 5L, and spout diameter, bag dimensions and film thickness can be set to match your filling line and shelf requirements. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Typical applications include juice, coffee concentrate, milk tea, syrup, sauces and liquid detergents, serving restaurant chains, central kitchens, drink brands and e-commerce channels. Customisation starts with confirming use and volume, then sending samples or artwork, followed by a printed proof for approval before bulk production.
