製品概要

大口径のスパウト付き自立袋は、平らな底で自立する構造毅力、上面パネルに打ち抜いたハンドルと、注入や注ぎ redorやすい広口スパウトを備えています。スパウトには、简单的ねじ式キャップまたはシールガスケット付きの漏れ防止キャップを使用でき、幅広の熱シール部により、袋の剛性と棚上の安定性を保ちます。前面パネルに透明窓を設けることもでき、袋を開けずに米や穀物を確認できます。

袋本体は通常、PET/PE、PA/PEまたはPET/AL/PEのフィルムをラミネート加工し、材質を充填重量とバリア要件に応じて選択します。内層には食品グレードの熱シール層を採用しています。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で行い、全面背景、透明窓部およびグラデーションに対応できます。色合わせは安定しており、細かな文字やバーコードにも十分なインキ量で仕上げます。標準容量は約100 g～5 kgで、袋の幅、高さ、スパウト径およびハンドル位置はすべて図面に合わせることができます。同一材質のロールフィルムも供給可能です。

代表的な用途としては、米、混合穀物、豆類、ペットフード、ナッツ、炒り種子のほか、家庭用化学品や工業用添加剤の粒状・粉末状製品が挙げられます。カスタマイズプロセスは、貴社のサンプルまたは印刷原稿から始まり、材料と印刷校正の確認、試作および承認を経て量産に進みます。私たちの工場は広東省東莞にあり、10万クラスのクリーン工場でフィルムの吹成、印刷、製袋および検査を社内で一貫して実施しています。最小ロットは10,000個です。生産と納入は、確定した計画に基づいて予定されます。
