Product Overview
This large-caliber spouted stand-up pouch is built on a flat-bottom, self-standing construction with a carry handle punched into the top panel and a wide-mouth spout for easy filling and pouring. The spout is available with a plain screw cap or a leak-proof cap with a sealing gasket, and the widened heat-sealed edges keep the bag rigid and stable on the shelf. A clear window can be left on the front panel so shoppers can see the rice or grains without opening the pack.
The body is usually laminated from PET/PE, PA/PE or PET/AL/PE films, selected according to fill weight and barrier requirements, with a food-grade heat-seal inner layer. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, covering full-surface backgrounds, clear-window areas and gradients, with stable registration and dense ink lay for fine text and barcodes. Standard volumes run from about 100 g to 5 kg, and bag width, height, spout diameter and handle position can all follow your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material is available.

The customization process starts with your sample or artwork, followed by material and print proof confirmation, sampling and sign-off before bulk runs.
