製品概要

このスパウト付き自立袋は、大容量液体の包装向けに設計されています。底部を折り返すことで、袋は棚上で自立し、充填ライン上でも安定します。また、強度の高い熱シール部は、角を丸く仕上げたり斜めに切りたりできます。上部では、充填方法に応じて、標準スパウト、耐漏れ性スパウト、またはバルブ付きスパウトを選択できます。ハンドル穴や装着ハンドルは一部のサイズで用意されており、利用者による搬运や注ぎ込みが容易になり、こぼれも少なくできます。

ポーチ本体は通常PET、NY、AL、PEフィルムをラミネート加工して構成し、内容物に応じてバリア層とフィルム厚を調整することで、強度、耐穿刺性、香気保持や遮光性能のバランスを取ります。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、精細な表現と安定した色再現性を実現します。また、全面着色、スポットカラー、部分的なマット効果にも対応します。袋は100ml～5Lのサイズに対応し、寸法、スパウト径、ハンドル位置はお客様の図面やサンプルに合わせて製作します。同一材質のロールフィルムも供給可能です。

これらのポーチは、洗濯用洗剤、柔軟剤、食器用洗剤、手洗い用洗剤のほか、ジュース、ソース、消毒剤など、注ぎ量を制御する必要がある製品に広く使用されています。典型的なプロジェクトは、まずご要望について協議し、その後、設計図の作成またはサンプルの確認、サンプリングを行い、最後に量産に至ります。注文の進行中は、一人の担当者が一貫して対応します。工場は広東省東莞にあり、クラス10,000のクリーンルームを運営しています。最小ロットは10,000個で、1～8色印刷に対応しています。
