This stand-up spouted pouch is designed for large-volume liquid packaging. A folded bottom lets the bag stand upright on shelves and stay stable on the filling line, while strong heat-sealed edges can be finished with rounded or angled corners. At the top, buyers can choose a standard spout, a leak-resistant spout or a valved spout to suit the filling method. Handle holes or fitted handles are available on selected sizes, making it easier for end users to carry and pour with less spillage.

The pouch body is typically laminated from PET, NY, AL and PE films, with barrier layers and film thickness adjusted to the contents, balancing strength, puncture resistance and aroma or light protection. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, which delivers fine detail, consistent colour and options such as full-surface coverage, spot colours and local matte effects. Bag sizes run from 100ml to 5L, and dimensions, spout diameter and handle position are made to your drawing or sample. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
