製品概要

自立袋をベースとしたこの斜めスパウト袋は、斜めにカットした上端部にスパウトを埋め込んだ設計で、液体が滑らかに注ぎ出せ、片手で操作できます。底を折り返した構造により、ポーチは棚上で自立し、四辺シール加工によって平坦で均一なシール部 Offic. スパウトはフィルムに熱シールされ、安定したシール性能を確保します。また、標準的なスクリューキャップまたはバルブ付きスパウトを装着でき、異なる粘度の液体に対応できます。

ポーチは通常、PET/PE、PA/PE、PET/AL/PEなどのラミネート構造で製造され、酸性、油性または光感受性の高い内容物に適した食品グレードの熱シール内層が選ばれます。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で、版下と配色はお客様のサンプルや図面を基準に確認します。容量は100ml～5Lで、スパウト径、袋の寸法、斜め上端部の角度は充填ラインに合わせて調整できます。同じ材質の対応するロールフィルムもご用意できます。
