Product Overview
Built on a stand-up pouch body, this slanted spout bag features a bevelled top edge with the spout set into the slope, so liquid pours out smoothly and can be handled with one hand. The folded bottom keeps the pouch standing on the shelf, while four-side sealing gives a flat, even finish. The spout is heat-sealed to the film for a consistent seal, and either a standard screw cap or a valve spout can be fitted for liquids of different viscosities.
The pouch is normally made from laminated structures such as PET/PE, PA/PE or PET/AL/PE, with a food-grade heat-seal inner layer chosen to suit acidic, oily or light-sensitive fills. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure printing, with artwork and colours confirmed against your samples or drawings. Volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and spout diameter, bag dimensions and slanted edge angle can be adjusted to match your filling line. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
Typical uses include beverages, juice, soup, sauce, beer and seasoning liquids for takeaway packing and retail filling, as well as bulk portioning for restaurants, central kitchens and food processors. The process runs from requirement discussion and sampling from your sample or artwork, through artwork and material confirmation, to production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop; MOQ for spout pouches is 10,000 pcs, and printing and bag making are handled in-house.
