製品概要

このスパウト付き自立袋は、ローション、ボディスクラブ、その他のペーストや中～高粘度液体向けに設計されています。強化した底部ガセットにより、袋は棚上でも使用場所でも安定して自立します。また、平坦で強固にシールされた縁は、圧力が掛かっても漏れを防ぎます。ねじ式キャップまたはフリップトップ式スパウトに対応し、片手で滑らかに注ぎ取れます。スパウトは充填ラインに合わせて中央設置または角度調整が可能で、配合物の粘度に合わせ、その径を調整できます。旅行用サイズから大型リフィル袋まで対応します。

ポーチ本体は通常、PET/AL/PE、PET/NY/PE、またはPET/PEフィルムでラミネート加工されます。バリア層と厚みは内容物に合わせて選択し、押しつぶし強度、光遮断性、漏洩防止のバランスを取ります。印刷には1～8色のグラビア印刷を使用し、微細なディテールや小さな文字を鮮明に再現します。量産前には、アートワークまたは実物サンプルのどちらでも校正確認が可能です。一般的な容量は100g～5kgで、袋幅、スパウト径、引裂きノッチ位置は充填設備に合わせて設定できます。同じ素材のロールフィルムも供給可能です。
