300g Custom Printed Spouted Stand-Up Pouches for Lotion and Body Scrub

This spouted stand-up pouch is built for lotions, body scrubs and other pastes or medium-to-high viscosity liquids. A reinforced bottom gusset keeps the bag standing steadily on shelf and at the point of use, while flat, firmly sealed edges resist leaking under pressure. It works with screw-cap or flip-top spouts for smooth, one-hand dispensing with less product left behind. The spout can be centred or angled to suit your filling line, and its diameter is adjusted to match the viscosity of your formula, from travel-size packs to large refill bags.

The pouch body is usually laminated with PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/PE film, and the barrier layer and thickness are selected around your product to balance squeeze resistance, light blocking and leak protection. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, which reproduces fine detail and small text clearly; artwork or physical samples can both be proofed before mass production. Common capacities run from 100g to 5kg, with bag width, spout diameter and tear-notch position set to your filling equipment. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.

These pouches are widely used for skincare, personal care, food sauces and household refill products, as well as pet shampoo and care gels. The custom process normally starts with a sample or artwork, then material and bag style confirmation, printed proofing, mass production and shipping, with one contact person following the order throughout.
