製品概要
背面シールポーチは、基本的なソフト包装の形態のひとつです。フィルムを背面シールでチューブ状に形成し、その後、上端と下端を熱密封して、平坦な枕型の袋に仕上げます。占積が少なく、マルチレーン充填では高速で稼働し、ほとんどの他の方式よりも少ないフィルムを使用するため、粉体、顆粒、茶、少量の液体サンプルの大量包装に適しています。袋本体には、透明ラミネート、メタライズ構造、純箔構造を指定できます。光や酸素からの保護が必要な形態では、箔またはメタライズ構造を使用し、賞味期限を延長します。一方、中身を見せたい製品には透明構造を使用します。表面は、ご指定のデザインに基づいてカラー印刷できます。背面にシールismosあるため、前面全体が表示面として残ります。ポーチサイズ、フィルム厚、シール幅、引裂き用ノッチはすべてカスタマイズ可能で、縦型フォームフィルシール機の仕様に合わせられます。
