製品概要
このフラットポーチはジッパーもハンドルも備えていません。パネルは平滑で、開口部は上端の直線状エッジとなっているため、成形・充填・シール機に問題なく装填でき、袋の自動ピッキング、充填、シーリングを行えます。閉じるために必要なのは横シール1回のみです。硬い部品がないため、ポーチは平らに梱包でき、段ボール箱内の体積が少なく、輸送時にも良好に積み重ねられます。
このラミネートはアルミ箔を基材として構成され、その層が光、湿気、酸素を遮断します。そのため、遮光と防湿管理が必要な粉体・顆粒、例えば粉末ブレンド、インスタントドリンクミックス、粒状原材料などに適しています。内層はヒートシールフィルムとなっており、ポーチを直接加熱して封口できます。シール強度と密閉性はシール温度、圧力、保持時間によって制御され、充填ラインに合わせて設定されます。無地かつ未印刷で供給されるため、印刷アートワークが確定する前に、既存のポーチ形式を用いて充填および落下試験を試せます。
容量とポーチ寸法は充填機器に合わせて調整でき、フィルム厚とバリア等級は必要な保存期間に応じて選択されます。サンプリングと最小ロットは最終仕様に応じて設定されます。
