製品概要
4層のフォイル液体ポーチは、PET＋AL＋NY＋PEの構成を採用しています。表層のPET層は印刷適性と機械的強度 Coordination兑现；純アルミニウム層は光、酸素、水蒸気をほぼ完全に遮断します。ナイロン（NY）層は耐穿刺性と耐落下性を高め、内層のPE層はシール強度と食品の安全性を保証します。12か月を超える賞味期限が必要な液体や、光・酸素に敏感な液体には、これが最も信頼できるフレキシブル包装です。
代表的な用途としては、水素富含有水、植物抽出物、伝統中医薬液、医療用・器具用消毒剤、高品質ジュースおよび機能性ドリンクが挙げられます。フォイル層が剛性を高めるため、充填したポーチは満杯で皺がなく、店頭ではより硬質な包装に見せます。耐熱性シール配合により、パステライゼーションおよびホットフィリングに対応します。ポーチはスパウト付き自立袋、フラットポーチ、自立袋、三方シール袋または四方シール袋として製造でき、容量は100mLから10Lまで対応しています。
