The four-layer foil liquid pouch uses a PET+AL+NY+PE structure. The outer PET layer gives printability and mechanical strength; the pure aluminium core blocks light, oxygen and water vapour almost completely; the nylon (NY) layer improves puncture and drop resistance; and the inner PE layer guarantees seal strength and food safety. For liquids needing more than twelve months of shelf life, or that are sensitive to light and oxygen, this is the most dependable flexible option.
Typical applications include hydrogen-rich water, botanical extracts, traditional Chinese medicine liquids, medical and instrument disinfectants, premium juices and functional drinks. The foil layer also adds stiffness, so the filled pouch stays full and wrinkle-free and presents more like rigid packaging on shelf. Heat-resistant seal formulations support pasteurisation and hot filling.
The pouch can be made as a spout pouch, flat pouch, stand-up pouch, three-side-seal or four-side-seal bag, from 100ml to 10L. Customisable: layer count and foil thickness, barrier grade, pouch style, spout or valve diameter, sterilisation compatibility, and the full printed layout.
