This product is a 500g vacuum pouch for seafood, with a seven-layer co-extruded structure as its core technical variant, suitable for seafood vacuum packaging. The thickness range is 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite). Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; the specific structure can be confirmed according to samples and application requirements.
Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing and can be customized to customer artwork. Size and artwork can be customized according to customer requirements, with sample/image-based proofing support. Production takes place in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The production process includes gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pcs. The seven-layer co-extruded technical variant helps distinguish this product from other vacuum pouches with the same specification and use; the specific structure, thickness and material plan are confirmed according to seafood packaging requirements.
