This 10L Bag-in-Box (BIB) for concentrated fruit pulp is equipped with a butterfly valve, suitable for packaging, storage, transport and dispensing of concentrated fruit pulp. The BIB format uses a flexible inner bag with an outer box, and the butterfly valve serves as the dispensing outlet for controlled product release.
Common composite materials for the inner bag include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite). Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing can be 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out in a Class 10,000 clean workshop.
Sample- or drawing-based proofing is available, with custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
