5L Three-Side Seal Spoutless Liquid Pouch Bag for Concentrated Liquid

This is a 5L three-side seal spoutless liquid pouch bag for concentrated liquid. The pouch uses a flat construction sealed on three sides with an open top for filling, and carries no spout, which clearly distinguishes it from spouted liquid pouches of the same capacity in our range. Common laminate structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selected according to the barrier, light-blocking and puncture-resistance requirements of the concentrated liquid, with total multi-layer thickness controlled at 15–25 silk.

The production process runs in the sequence of gravure printing, lamination, slitting, bag making and heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure work with artwork reproduced from customer-supplied files, and bag making and heat sealing are carried out in a 10,000-class clean workshop to reduce the risk of dust and contamination. The pouch materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided on customer request.

In application, the 5L capacity combined with the three-side seal spoutless structure suits metered filling of concentrated liquids followed by heat-seal closure. The flat pouch shape takes up little space when stacked and boxed, which helps with storage and transport; the spoutless design keeps the bag construction simple and the sealing area intact, fitting general packaging workflows where filling is completed by filling machine or manually before sealing.

For customization, the factory offers sample-based and artwork-based proofing, customizes dimensions and print layout to customer requirements, and moves to volume production after the sample pouch is confirmed. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces, produced in Dongguan, Guangdong. Any special requirement on laminate structure, thickness or number of print colors can be confirmed at the proofing stage so that it matches actual filling, storage and transport conditions.
