250ml liquid pouch bag for beverage applications, fitted with a screw spout and made from multi-layer laminated materials through gravure printing, lamination, slitting, bag making and heat sealing — suitable for filling and carrying beverage liquids.
This is a 250ml liquid pouch bag for beverage use. Its defining feature is a screw spout heat-sealed onto the pouch body, which allows filling, screw-cap sealing and direct drinking — clearly different from standard spout-less liquid pouches of the same size and application. Pouch style, spout position and artwork are all customizable to customer requirements.
Materials can be selected from common laminate structures according to the product being filled, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Multi-layer laminate thickness ranges from 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm), with different structures offering different barrier and mechanical performance so customers can choose based on beverage formulation and packaging objectives.
The production process runs gravure printing (1–8 colors) → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with the screw spout welded during bag making and heat sealing. Production takes place in a Class 10,000 clean workshop using food-grade materials, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization process: customers supply samples or drawings, we produce a proof for confirmation, and then run mass production with customer-specified dimensions and artwork. MOQ is 10,000 pieces, manufactured in Dongguan, Guangdong.
