This product is a 100g coffee bean foil & metallized pouch with a one-way valve, produced by Dongguan Kangdi Packaging. It is designed for coffee bean packaging; the pouch can be fitted with a one-way valve to help release carbon dioxide from roasted coffee beans while reducing outside air ingress. The base structure can use laminates such as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination) and 1–8 color gravure printing.
Common laminates include PET/AL/PE / PET/NY/PE / PET/VMPET/PE / PET/PE / PA/PE / PET/AL/NY/PE / kraft paper/PE / PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Aluminum foil or metallized structures can be selected according to barrier, light-blocking, stiffness and hand-feel requirements for coffee bean packaging, and sizes and artwork can be customized to customer requirements.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing; production is carried out in a 10000-class cleanroom. The material is food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
