This is a 5kg foil & metallized pouch for seasoning packaging, with a metallized structure as its technical variant: a metallized film (VMPET) serves as the barrier layer instead of a pure aluminum foil (AL) structure. Within the same 5kg, same seasoning-use product line, this variant helps buyers differentiate and select by filling characteristics and packaging requirements, and suits large-format packaging of seasoning powders, seasoning granules and sauce-type seasonings.
On materials and structure, common laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. For the metallized structure, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE are the representative combinations. Multi-layer total thickness is 15–25 si (approx. 0.15–0.25 mm), and the layer combination can be adjusted to the filling and pouch style.
The production process runs gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with 1–8 color gravure printing supported. Bag making is carried out in a Class 10,000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
