This is a 5kg foil & metallized pouch with zipper for facial mask. Its key variant is the zipper, which distinguishes it from same-size, same-use pouches without a zipper. The zipper supports 5kg bulk packing, storage and repeated open-close access for facial mask products.
Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination). Foil or metallized structures can be selected according to packaging requirements, subject to customer-approved samples.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with 1–8 color gravure printing available. The product is made in a 10000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong; food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The factory offers sample/artwork proofing and customizes size and layout according to customer requirements; material selection, printed layout and zipper configuration can be proofed based on the approved artwork.
