This is a 100g foil & metallized pouch for face mask use, with a one-way valve as its core variant. Bag style and structure can be customized. Common laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Thickness is 150–250 µm (multilayer lamination), suitable for face mask packaging that needs light blocking, barrier properties, or a metallized appearance.
The structure can use an aluminum foil layer or metallized layer combined with different substrates to form corresponding barrier and stiffness. Production is carried out in a 10,000-class clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. The one-way valve can be configured according to layout and bag style needs, differentiating it from same-spec same-use foil & metallized pouches without a valve.
The 100g size can be customized for contents, bag style, and sealing method. MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Sample/mockup support from existing samples or artwork, with custom size and layout as requested. Food-grade materials are available, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
