This product is a 100ml liquid pouch bag for beverage applications, featuring a screw spout as its core technical variant, with a clear specification, use, and spout structure that distinguishes it from same-size, same-use liquid pouches without a screw spout.
Common multilayer materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Multilayer lamination thickness is 150–250 µm, and the suitable composite structure can be selected according to customer packaging requirements.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and carried out in a Class 10000 cleanroom. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
Sample/drawing proofing is supported, with custom sizes and artwork available per customer requirements. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. Suitable for beverage liquid packaging.
