This product is a 5L edible oil bag-in-box (BIB) with a button valve as its technical variant, mainly used for edible oil packaging. The bag body uses food-grade multilayer composite materials. Common composite structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 150–250 µm (multilayer composite).
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, and printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 10000-class cleanroom; food-grade materials can be provided with material certificates upon customer request.
The 5L edible oil bag-in-box is equipped with a button valve, distinguishing it from other valve or opening variants of the same specification and use, making selection clearer for customers. Bag size and layout can be customized according to customer requirements to suit different edible oil packaging designs.
