This is a 3L syrup Bag-in-Box (BIB) featuring a spout valve. The bag body is made of food-grade multi-layer composite film and is suitable for syrup-type fluid packaging, working with a bag-in-box structure for filling, sealing, and dispensing applications.
Common composite structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 150–250 µm (multi-layer composite). The film structure can be selected according to syrup packaging requirements.
For printing and production, 1–8 color gravure printing is supported. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out in a Class 10000 cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. The material is food-grade, and a material certificate can be provided upon customer request.
Customization includes sample/image proofing and custom sizes and artwork per customer requirements. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs. This 3L syrup BIB with spout valve is suitable for syrup packaging projects that require a defined specification, application, and valve configuration.
