The metallized structure can use PET/VMPET/PE, PET/VMPET/NY/PE and other laminates, while foil structures such as PET/AL/PE and PET/AL/NY/PE are also available upon request.
Common lamination materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness range is 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination). The specification is 5kg, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pieces.
Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom. The process flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with 1–8 color gravure printing support. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
We support sample/image-based proofing and can customize sizes and layouts according to customer requirements, suitable for 5kg health supplement packaging. Through metallized structure selection, lamination material matching, and printed layout customization, the pouch can meet the specification and appearance needs of health supplement packaging.
