Dongguan Kangdi Packaging's 100g Health Supplement Foil & Metallized Pouch with Zipper is designed for health supplement packaging, with the zipper as the key differentiating feature. The zipper structure supports repeated opening and closing for supplement packaging projects that require re-use; pouch size and artwork can be customized.
Common lamination materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination). Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing.
MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Origin is Dongguan, Guangdong, with production in a 10,000-class cleanroom. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request; sample/image proofing and custom size/layout services are also available.
This product combines a 100g size, health supplement use, and a with-zipper variant, making it clearly distinguishable from same-size, same-use pouches without a zipper.
