This product is a 1L syrup Bag-in-Box (BIB) with a butterfly valve. Compared with same-size, same-use BIB products using other valve types, the butterfly valve configuration is the key distinguishing feature for 1L syrup packaging and dispensing.
The inner bag can be made from common composite materials such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 150–250 µm (multi-layer composite). The materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Production is carried out in a 10,000-class clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing and can be customized according to the customer's layout requirements.
Dongguan Kangdi Packaging supports proofing from samples or drawings, and can customize sizes and layouts according to customer requirements.
