This product is a 25L edible oil Bag-in-Box (BIB) with a butterfly valve, belonging to a flexible inner-bag BIB solution. The butterfly valve is the core technical variant of this model, helping distinguish it from other valve-type products with the same 25L capacity and edible oil use.
Common multilayer laminated materials are selectable: PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. The multilayer composite thickness is 150–250 µm, with food-grade materials; material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing and specification: 1–8 color gravure printing is supported. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out in a 10000-class cleanroom. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
Customization: sample/sample drawing proofing is supported, with custom sizes and artwork per customer requirements, suitable for 25L edible oil BIB with butterfly valve specification development and artwork adaptation.
