Production is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom. Food-grade materials can be provided with material certificates upon customer request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing and can be customized to the customer's artwork. Sizes and artwork can be customized according to customer requirements. The factory offers sample/mockup proofing from a customer sample or drawing to confirm the three-side seal, no spout structure, material combination, and printing effect of the 1L vinegar liquid pouch bag.
The process flow is: gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The three-side seal, no spout bag type is formed through the heat-sealing process and is suitable for 1L vinegar liquid packaging. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces.
